NGPF’s Semester Course now includes Pear Deck slides!
Designed with diverse learners in mind, Pear Deck’s interactive features engage students with varying needs and learning styles. Plus, the ready-made decks mean you can spend more time thinking about your lesson and implementation instead of working on slides for your class.
NGPF’s Middle School Course and Semester Course are both fully available on Pear Deck.
Many lessons from the Trimester Course and Full-Year Course are available on Pear Deck because they overlap with the Semester Course. Lessons that are unique to the Trimester or Full-Year Courses will not have an accompanying Pear Deck.
You can find a lesson’s Pear Deck in the lesson materials section.
All Pear Deck Lessons can be done synchronously or asynchronously! This makes them great for:
Pear Decks are created using Google Slides. To use the slides:
Note: Teachers can access and use all the NGPF lessons created in Pear Deck (and maintain access to the Lessons after the 90-day free trial period) by creating a free Pear Deck account. Premium Individual and Custom-level Pear Deck licenses unlock additional dashboards and features on the platform, but are not required to use these NGPF Lessons.
Refer to Pear Deck’s Help Videos to learn more about using the platform with your students.
