Dr. Sylvia Bozeman

Dr. Bozeman is a retired math professor who taught at Spelman College and co-founded the EDGE program to increase equity in mathematics. She earned her PhD at Emory University in 1980 (from Mathematically Gifted and Black and AAAS)

She is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in policy analysis and management and has a master's degree in education from Brooklyn College.
