Time really has flown by; we’re officially at the start of a brand-new school year! A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Back to School Conference. Your engagement, enthusiasm, and energy made it a powerful kickoff to the school year. If you missed (or want to revisit) a session, we will post the recordings of our speakers, plus the slides & resource documents of our sessions this week.
But the learning doesn’t stop there! To keep the momentum going, we’ve got three fantastic PD opportunities this week that will help you set the tone for a strong school year.

This PD session highlights NGPF’s wide range of video resources and pairs them with engaging activities to spark discussion and deepen understanding. Note: This was one of our most popular sessions at the Back to School Conference, so we’re rerunning it for anyone who missed out.

This PD session will focus on My Financial Flipbook, our summative activity that helps students tell their own personal finance story while showing what they’ve learned. You’ll get teacher tips, implementation strategies, and supplemental resources to make this activity shine in your classroom. You can preview it here.

After a career teaching students how to prepare for their financial futures, Kathy Cuevas is now living hers. Kathy will share what retirement really looks like, what she’s glad she planned for, and what she wishes she had known earlier. This is a perfect session for teachers thinking about their own long-term financial wellness.
The Back to School Conference may be behind us, but the school year is just beginning. We think these sessions will help you set up a strong year.
We can’t wait to see you at PD!
